At least according to a 4 year old it does!
My 4 year old fell on the way taking my daughter to her bus stop. he fell face first and now has a huge bump on his head.

My kids are 5 and 6... 34lb and 37lbs not sure on height but I know they are short for their ages..

Josh still hasnt went #2 in the potty yet.. and Jon did it once for the first time 2 days ago... I think daddy had a part in that one.. the night before he told both boys . . .
